ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative)
The ABR® designation is offered exclusively through the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council in recognition of advanced professional training, experience in Buyer Representation, and commitment to the industry Code of Ethics.  To attain this designation, Brenda was required to complete extensive training on Buyer Agency practices and procedures, pass a written National Exam, and submit evidence of actual practical experience as a Buyers Representative.  More that one million people in the United States are licensed to sell real estate.  Of those licensees, fewer than one in 500 is an Accredited Buyer Representative. And, it is the only Buyer's designation recognized by the National Association of Realtors.

GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute)
When you see the letters "GRI" after an Agent's name, you can count on receiving the knowledge and guidance you need to make your transaction go smoothly. In short, you can count on getting the best service available from a real estate professional.  GRI's are:
