Before Chantel became a real estate professional, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Virginia Wesleyan College and proceeded to teach at Cox High School for several years as well as serving as a children’s minister. However, her desire for limitless potential and better hours resulted in a highly lucrative career in real estate. Along with natural charisma, her educational background and teaching experience helped pave the way for a successful brokerage.
“I wanted to build a team of professionals where we could all work together and use our strengths more effectively,” said Chantel.
And because Chantel consistently provided out-standing leadership within Chantel Ray Real Estate, she has consistently won the HRRA Circle of Excellence Mega Team Award from 2006-2011. Chantel Ray Real Estate sold over 400 properties in 2010 and currently averages 80-90 homes per month in 2011. Individually, much of her success speaks for itself; Chantel attributes it to excellent team work and a resilient marketing strategy.
“It’s marketing, marketing, and more marketing,” Chantel stated. “Not only do I market myself intensely, I market the homes I’m selling even more so.”
